Inchbald Open Day
Join us for an Open Day at Inchbald for a glimpse of student life. Each session starts with a welcome from our Directors, Alan and Andrew, who will share insights into our approach and how we’ve influenced top designers worldwide. Enjoy tea, biscuits, or a glass of wine at our 6 pm session, and meet our tutors and alumni. Faculty will be available to discuss courses and answer questions. The event concludes with a tour of our studios, where you’ll see current students at work. Whether you prefer in-house or online study, part-time or full-time, discover why Inchbald is a top choice for design. Sessions are on Thursday, June 12 at 10 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm. Booking required, limited spaces available.
Annual Exhibition
The culmination of the Inchbald year is the Annual Exhibition, an opportunity for students to proudly showcase the extensive efforts of their studies. Next year's Exhibition will take place in July 2025. It is a valuable occasion for students to network and make connections within the design profession. There is no need to book, just come along.
Graduation & Awards Ceremony
Graduating from Inchbald is an important milestone for all students. Their hard work and dedication is marked with a ceremony where they receive their qualification from the Dean. A number of special awards are presented at this event for exceptional work judged by industry luminaries who have included Monique Tollgard, Marcus Barnett, Nina Campbell and Suzanne Trocmé.
Autumn Lecture
An inspirational springboard held early in the academic year, the Inchbald Autumn Lecture is delivered by distinguished figures from the world of design. Previous speakers have included Anthony Paul, Guy Oliver, Nina Campbell and David Harber.
Spring Lunch
Inchbald is deeply committed to maintaining its excellent links and relationship with the professional design world, which is what makes Inchbald a powerhouse of design education. The Spring lunch is a networking opportunity for current students to forge connections with luminaries of the garden and interior design professions. Hosted by the Dean, students, alumni, studio owners and media come together to pool ideas and connections and strengthen the bridge between education and career.
