Inchbald
For over 60 years Inchbald has nurtured the individual talents of their students and set them firmly on the path to success:
Inspiring conversations. Great design. Good company.
Coming soon... This autumn, Inchbald will launch Inchbald Lates, a new series of informal evening conversations celebrating the people shaping the worlds of garden and interior design. Held twice each quarter at the school, these relaxed events will welcome some of the industry's most respected designers to share the stories behind their work, their careers and the lessons they have learned along the way. This isn't a formal lecture. Think of it as an evening among friends: a glass of wine on arrival, an engaging conversation, plenty of audience questions, unexpected anecdotes, laughter and honest reflections on the realities of creative practice. Whether you are a practising designer or simply passionate about design, Inchbald Lates offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from leading voices in an intimate setting. In keeping with the spirit of generosity that defines the design community, every guest designer will nominate a charity close to their heart, with all ticket proceeds donated directly to that cause. Join us from 6.00pm–7.30pm for inspiring conversations, new connections and an enjoyable evening of design. Watch this space for our first guest announcement...

Britain had no equivalent of the Parsons School of Design, in the USA, so Jacqueline Duncan became determined to establish a school in London...

Inchbald International
Inchbald’s international profile has been a major part of the school's success since it first opened its doors in 1960. Students from around the globe, whether they study online or on campus, enrich the cultural diversity of the school and expand the potential professional destinations for graduates.
Why Inchbald
The small student body, allied to intensive programmes delivered at a 1:8 tutor-to-student ratio, means that Inchbald retains a personal and social climate which prioritises individual talents and characteristics. Long-term friendships and collaborations are formed and students retain their connections to Inchbald in their professional design life.
